  • Track the progress that you’re making as well as symptoms, energy levels, medications taken, etc with premade trackers so you can see patterns of good and bad days as well as share them with your support system and healthcare team.

 

Traditional planning simply does not work for everyone.

…you’ll have days where you feel great and get so much done. Maybe you lay out some big dreams or plan meals and grocery shop. Then, BAM!, the low energy days are back and all of that beautiful planning gets derailed (and all that produce goes bad)…

Everyone is so different - the problem is that you’ve been working off of a template that assumes your energy will be consistent each day. You’ve been following a cookie-cutter plan, which is a great set up for someone that doesn’t have a chronic condition, flares, or erratic sleep schedules (hello, mom life!).

Trying to piece together a binder system or scouring the App Store for that unicorn app that will work perfectly for you is just further draining the energy you have, so I’ve designed an all-in-one wellness printable pack.

Hi there - I’m Ashley StClair!

I’m passionate about helping folks change their lives and health so they can feel confident and amazing. 

I was tired of trying to find printables that allowed me to meal plan the way I wanted to and save my energy while also tracking symptoms.

So, I created my own.

I intimately know those tough days. The days where it uses so much energy to just get through the day and then you still need to come up with dinner ideas… so it’s take out, again.

As a nutritionist and Behavior Change Specialist, I know what I NEED to do, but on tough days, it’s hard to stay consistent… and consistency is where progress is made.

My secret? On my high energy days, I plan ahead. I make note of my dreams, hopes, and big goals. I meal plan for a month or a week, I make grocery lists, and then I put the meal plan on the fridge. This allows my partner to seamlessly step in and carry out our plans on tougher days.

No partner or support team? That’s okay. I’ve carried out my plan when he is unavailable or at work late. It helps to not have to make the decision about meals or what we’re going to eat. Saving your energy here allows you to have more energy to get you through the day - or avoid “borrowing” from tomorrow.

I’ve included printables for all of the different ways you may work best for the day you’re having - maybe you want a monthly meal planner so you can see that big picture or maybe (like me) you’re overwhelmed by that big picture, so you’d rather have weekly or even daily meal planners. This has it all.

My top 4 ways I like to support my immune system:
1. Use elderberry daily.
2. Make sure I have enough zinc - eating foods like oysters, eggs, red meat, cashews, etc can be helpful. I also do the zinc challenge every 6-8 weeks and supplement as needed
